"3泊滞在しましたが、部屋も綺麗でしたし、夜は静かでしたし（日中は，ずっと出ていました）とても快適でした！駅からの行き方を問い合わせた際も，分かりやすい動画？を送ってくださったりして、連絡も大変スムーズでした☆チェックインが16時でしたので、少し過ぎて行ったのですが，タブレットに番号を入力すると、エラーとなりました。すぐに問い合わせすると、10分もしないでチェックイン出来ました！（タブレットが不調だったのかもしれません）チェックインの時の疑問以外は、駅にも近くて利用しやすく、快適でした！！"

"15 minute walk from train station. 3 bedrooms with lots of extra spaces for the kids. Heat pumps in all rooms and a gift basket of snacks and drinks upon arrival. It was a great base to explore Tama and Sanrio Puroland. Great communication and instructions for absolutely everything in English."
