「hotel is getting old. too many people at buffet!! amenities need to be updated and provide more choices.」

「Nice resort, good onsen. Overpriced for food quality and room size.」

「Was ok. The staff could’ve been more friendly and helpful. The girl wouldn’t even help me to call a taxi. I had to go to the family mart and they helped call a taxi no problem.」

「We saw a family of deer leisurely having their breakfast while we enjoying hot springs in the forest , our breakfast tasty and rich for enough to fill up , the most thoughtful touch was that they prepared fragrant, still warm onsen eggs and water for us when we check out, it was truly heartwarming. Thank you very much!」
