「Staffs are all very friendly & helpful. Room is very clean and comfortable. Very quiet place. Complementary breakfast is good enough to me - I stayed two days and they did offer some different choices, not many though. No refrigerator in room which is not convenient, but with ice machine at each floor so I'm okay with that eventually. Restaurant, convenient stores are nearby. Overall this is a nice place to stay. 「I had the pleasure of staying here last year and I was happy to do the same this year. My mom is very ill, so during my stay, I needed to bring her to the hotel with me while my dad took care of daily errands, and the manager was very understanding. Besides the miscommunication in regards to how many towels the housekeeper could provide us with at one given time, my whole experince was a breeze. I will definitely stay here again, if I get another opportunity to do so. Great job guys!」

「The staff was Amazing. I never had the hotel staff call my room and ask if everything was up to my expectations and If I needed anything. The room was so clean & refreshing. My friend locked my keys in the car & the morning maintenance man helped us get are keys in less than a minute. 「We had a lake view in the screened area of the hotel. We were very happy there. It was quiet and serene. Then, the hotel put a group of men right next door to us and we could hear every word that was said. We asked to change rooms and were moved to a balcony room but not a lake view. We were happy with the new room and for the quiet. 」
