「Overall experience is very good」

「Conveniently located near the station, but we were disappointed with the hygiene, particularly the bedding. Despite booking for two people, we only received one set of towels. Additionally, the room didn’t match the website description—we expected two beds and a usable balcony but got one bed and an unusable fenced area.」

「Wonderful space for families. Balcony view of mt Fuji! Enjoyed the kitchen and dining area to relax. Convenient location. Appreciated the discount to rent ebikes nearby.」

「The hotel was very comfortable and clean, and the hosts were very friendly and polite. They accommodated our every need. There was a wonderful balcony and small garden, where we could enjoy Mount Fuji and relax while enjoying a cup of coffee. The room also had a separate washing machine with dryer, which saved us the trouble of having to go elsewhere for laundry. We stayed for three days, and my family, especially the children, thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. While the hotel is a bit...

「would be great if shower room has some rod or hooks for hanging clothes when taking a bath, so that the make up counter and can be used by another person」
