The 5:30 kickback was a great bonus, and breakfast was well run and welcoming. We were in town for a volleyball tournament, and the staff went above and beyond even asking how our games went, cheering us on, and making us feel truly supported. That personal touch made a big difference. Overall, an excellent stay with an outstanding team....

「The location was increidble--my boyfriend and I were able to walk to all of the Short North main areas. It was our first time visiting Columbus, so this was a great place for us to stay. The place itself was very comfortable and cozy and had all of the amentiites of a hotel, but in a much cuter space. The customer support was also great at the Jungle House. They supported me with some questions I had and were very responsive via text. I'd definitely stay here again. 」

「Not your typical hotel lobby. It's a hangout, for guests and for the community. The rooftop bar gives a speakeasy vibe, but where everyone is welcome. And the room - probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on. Delightfully cool and relaxing. 」
