"We've been using this hotel every year to send our students to the Creation Science camp and to Noah's Ark. The hotel's customer service quality is always above our expectation. Their communication is proactive and excellent. They always make sure that we are aware of what's happening around. The staffs are always very helpful and kind. Especially Jordan at the front desk is an amazing lady; so professional, kind, friendly, and provides excellent customer support! She goes an extra mile to help us when it was not her fault. She always makes sure the hotel meets our needs. "

"Everything good with the stay. Pillows were a little small but there were enough to have more than one. Breakfast was good. Close enough to several restaurants and to Cincinnati."

"I like the staff I thought they were very accommodating and very friendly even the driver on the shuttle bus. What I didn’t like was the very very very very long time waiting for the shuttle bus at the airport. I feel like that was too long of a time, but I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others."

"I love the beautiful scenery and how clean everything was My only concern is that we didn't get clean towels or room service the whole time we were there. We saw the cleaning staff on our floor, but it looked as if they were only cleaning the vacant rooms. Had to use the same towels for 3 days 😞😞!"
