A perfect location for those who want to park once and walk everywhere in Ogunquit. Great location, comfortable and spacious room, friendly staff. Great for families.

Bathroom tile floors were all cracked. Also ceiling was in bad shape in the bathroom Other parts of the hotel were updated I called the hotel and asked if the pictures online were current they indicated they were this was not true. Also, Expedia should review these hotels. I do not trust they do that. Not sure I would use their services anymore.

Hello John,I just went on Expedia and looked through all the pictures, they are all up to date. I am not sure which ones you are talking about. Our bathrooms are due for updates, that I can agree on!

We have been staying here for 20 plus years. Walking distance to the center of town, the marginal way, and Perkins Cove. The staff is friendly and the rooms are immaculate

Simple Stay
We’ve stayed here before and like the location, simplicity and roominess. Beds are comfortable, the cleaning and desk staff are all very friendly. We wished for more availability of the coffee station (7-12) and the toilet seat needed to be changed. We will be back!

Weekend getaway
The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. We parked our car at the hotel and walked everywhere! The hotel is within walking distance of downtown Ogunquit, Perkin’s Cove, Marginal way and lots of restaurants.

Very spacious clean suite! Pleasant greeting, easy parking and elevator to get my overstuffed suitcase to our room. Bed was a little firm for my preference, but we slept well. Super close to Perkins cove for fantastic lobster rolls!!!

Lovely Hotel, no breakfast
The hotel and room were lovely. However the advertised daily breakfast did not occur, only coffee and tea. We chose this hotel in part as it had breakfast.

Old construction. We where on the first floor. Could hear every little noise from floor crackin at 1 AM to running water through plumbing. Otherwise all was very good.

Our stay at The Grand Hotel was wonderful! The lobby area is welcoming, and our suite was nice with a balcony porch to enjoy morning coffee! Ogunquit and Perkins Cove have much to offer in outdoor activities, great food and tourist shopping!

Great comfortable king bed and big balcony and fridge, coffee maker etc. And a tub which I like. A couple of minutes walk to where ocean can be seen and five minutes to actual ocean. But no ocean view from our ground floor room

This was the second time we have stayed at The Grand, and we look forward to staying there again in the future. The facility is very clean, offers off street parking, and is convenient to shopping and dining.

Our room was clean and larger than expected. We loved the convenience of having a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. The common area patio was right outside our hotel room and was the perfect place to relax early mornings and late evenings. This location was just a short walk to Perkins Cove and marginal way. We would definitely stay at the Grand hotel again!

Great place to stay
This place is wonderful. The rooms are large and comfortable. Each one with its own little balcony or porch. The pool and the hot tub were wonderful. Toward the end of the day. I highly recommend it. If there's any con they don't serve any sort of breakfast or have any sort of snacks available. Just coffee which honestly in ogunquit is fine cuz there's tons of places for breakfast

Great property. It was clean, quiet, and in easy walking distance to Perkins Cove and Ogunquit shopping and restaurants. Covered parking was a plus. Front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Room was quiet, had a private balcony, and was clean.
