"The room was decent and nothing special. It was the quality you would expect for a Holiday Inn. The hotel is located in a convenient area and it was quiet the day we went. I was however, quite disappointed with our stay. The main reason we reserved here was because it was one of the only hotels that offered a hot tub and a pool. When we arrived we found out their hot tub was broken and is likely not going to be fixed aka it will be shut down. The pool was suppposed to be heated but the water was freezing. We only ended up spending about 10 minutes in the pool before we couldn't take it. The pool and hotel were very bland and just seemed like no effort to decorate or make the place look better had been done in a long time. My friends actually joked that the appearance of the pool area was what they imagined a prison pool would look like and they weren't wrong. Overall, I wouldn't elect to stay here again."

"We were visiting my elderly uncle, and just needed a clean , comfortable place to stay. We weren't expecting the Ritz-Carlton, so our expectations were exactly what we got. However!!! The staff made the experience stellar! They were all very friendly with great attitudes! Every one of them should get a huge raise!! Will definitely stay here again. "

"Beds are comfy. Rooms are always clean. We stay here at least twice a year when visiting family. Rates are really good. There was no lightbulb in bedside lamp and ceiling and walls could use some sanding and new paint. They also accommodate late check in, which is amazing and we can just go when we are ready for bed."
