"We intended to stay 2 nights. I had to work in the room and everything was good. The sofa they have is terrible. It is uncomfortable, with no cushions to help make it comfortable. microwave, fridge, and sink made it very convenient. Unfortunately, there was a power outage in the city, so we left early. The room was getting cold and sun was starting to go down, so we drove home. Everyone was nice and friendly. Great that there is always coffee and tea in the lobby."

"Staff was great! Parking was a nightmare and they charge $20 per night. Tv and desk did not work but maintenance fixed it immediately. Room was dark as their needs more lighting. Got all the lighting in the morning as their were no blackout curtains."

"I was back for one more night because I didn’t finish my appointment as I expected. The front desk recognized me and explained that why my room was cold because they didn’t expect I wanted the room on the second floor, they usually turn on the heater ahead of the guest arrival to ensure the guest has comfortable place. That was kind of nice to hear that, I felt am respected. The place is new Reno, new look, super clean, staff are great! Definitely will come back again. "
