「Don't stay here. First you will find the apartment is not owned by the hotel. It is privately owned and has separate rules not listed. We waited 5 hours for the host to show up before giving up and leaving. Expedia refused to refund $ we paid even though the host never showed up to let us in. A housekeeper finally did arrive and tried to charge us double the listed price for the deposit to let us in, Perhaps when pigs fly...」

「I was very impressed with how well this place was decorated. They had everything that I expected in the amenities list in the post. I think it’s also important to know that the property is in a gated community for your extra security which gave me a feel of exclusivity during my stay. 「Staying at fern court really gave me the island feel. With the garden view and lush colors of the island, it was a lot different from back home. The community is gated which is really nice. 「When I vacation I usual stay at a hotel or a resort but this time I decided to do something different and am more than glad that I did.
