「The lady that was promoting this is nasty, unorganized and very unprofessional. When I got to the place to check in the lady told front desk a whole lie to the point I had to pull out my whole reservation email. Even after showing that she was lying she still kept with her story, but her employer told me the truth which was she overbooked and sold my room. So I had nowhere to stay and had to find somewhere to stay for the whole weekend. Neverrrr will I book with her again」

「The apartment was nothing like the pictures on the website. The Housekeeper said that she cleaned the apartment, however, there were cobwebs and dirt under the beds that I had to wipe and clean the apartment. We got spider bites everywhere. The air conditioner in the living room and upstairs bedroom are not working and both TV do not work. This was a horrible experience during a time when I went for a funeral. It was depressing and very disappointing」
