"Nice hotel. We were driving back home from Tampa and just wanted a place to stay the night that was out of the city (Tampa) and cut a little time off out trip. The pool area was very nice and was a draw to the hotel. Unfortunately there happened to be a boys' baseball tournament going on, so there were about 5,000 little boys in the pool area (maybe a slight exaggeration). That's not detraction from the hotel. They were having fun, and it's just part of staying at hotel. The only negative from the stay was that the doors were very loud, both the main hotel room door and the bathroom door. The bathroom door made a loud sound every time it was opened, which can wake light sleepers at night. Wasn't a big deal though."

"I am waiting to hear back from hotels.com and Expedia regarding a refund. I checked into this room very late in the middle of a very long drive. The only purpose was to sleep for a few hours before I continued my drive. I walked into the room. I saw a roach. It’s in the middle of Florida and it didn’t really phase me. I let it go. I went to sleep and I woke up with two roaches crawling on me. I ran to the front desk at 2 o’clock in the morning had to change my room they tried to give me a refund, but said they couldn’t do it because I had paid Expedia instead of paying them. I don’t blame them. I understand that these things can happen, but it’s unacceptable. It’s inexcusable just the same."

"La primera impresión horrible, no le recomiendo a nadie quedarse ahí y menos si anda con la familia , el cuarto olía horrible , entre y con la misma tuve q irme, y no se veía nada seguro el lugar ! Nunca había tenido tan mala experiencia, creo q no está habitable para nadie !"
