「Berliner Altbauflair, sehr authentisch. Unser Zimmer war riesig und sehr schön eingerichtet. Unweit von Bahnhof Zoo, Kudamm und Gedächtniskirche, jede Menge Gastronomie in der Umgebung.
Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und das Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut mit reichlich Auswahl.

「This place is incredibly charming. The morning breakfast is very German, and the staff are very kind and welcoming. I felt like as though i walked into a building that wouldve been modern 500 years ago, and I loved it. The stairs are steep, and not ADA accessible in any way, but I appreciated that aswell. Overall a lovely stay.
Transportation: If youre renting a car, theynhave free parking. There are bus stops nearby (5 minute walk) and a bike rental that I didnt get to check out.

"staff at reception extreme rude , breakfeast was terrible, service level was dissapointing , room doesn’t get cleaned and calling front desk zero responses it’s more like a Motel level not worth the money "
"Most of the staff are friendly, polite, and eager to help. However, there is one senior staff member at the reception with an arrogant attitude.
Additionally, there is no electric kettle in the room, so guests must request hot water from the lobby bar. Furthermore, the absence of a table in the room is quite inconvenient."
