「Was able to buy a room around 5am and the money was successfully took out of my account. When I go to check in at the front desk the guy tells me that I can't check in my room until 11am that day and has an attitude about it. Then around comes 11am, I go back to check in again and then the next guy tells me I can't until 1pm. It made zero sense as to why it took 8 hours for us to be able to check in when I was already able to successfully buy the room. Never coming back.」

「Room was clean. The TV in our room was average. Only had channels and we we’rent able to connect apps like Netflix, YouTube, etc. Pool was open and perfect temp!」

「I was disappointed to find the room smelled terrible, the bed was not properly made, the carpet was dirty and the water sprinkler appeared to be hanging by a thread. When I tried to contact the owner about the issues and my early checkout, which was necessitated by the room's condition, they evaded my calls and directed me through a third party, refusing to refund my money. The check-in and checkout process was also slow due to the staff being busy, likely because they were understaffed.」

「Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. The air conditioner was on but sounded like it was not working properly. Not blowing air very well. Breakfast was OK. Not alot of choices. The building needs updated and repaired. Walking down the hallway from our room, there was a section of the ceiling that was missing and it had plastic covering the hole. Wallpaper by the elevator was peeling off the wall.」

Suitable parking & adjacent large grass areas for dogs but aging facility with various loose and worn fitting doors and door stops, shower rods, towel racks. Without carpeted floors and worn out room entry rugs, slick hazard exists entering room especially on rainy day.」
