"Our room was comfortable, lovely and spacious, and the private patio with a table and chairs was a nice touch. We had our coffee out there every morning even though it was frosty outside. The views were worth it. The first night, our heat did not work, and neither did the fireplace. The next morning we were moved to another room, and between the heat and the fireplace we were toasty warm for the rest of our stay. (Staff offered to move us that night, but we were exhausted from traveling.)...

"Disappointed. Booked our stay because there was a pool. Even drove by to make sure it was working. Once we checked in, found that it was padlocked and unusable. Wi-Fi didn’t work, phones didn’t work, hotel phone number doesn’t work. Room smelled awful. Breakfast was minimal with all carbs. Rooms need updated badly! Couldn’t wait to leave. "
