"It was terrible ! The place was dirty. The blankets on the bed looked horrific like stains all over on it. Who knows what was on them it was terrible. The floors walking across them was sticky so the floors hadn’t been washed. You were scared to touch anything in the room, it was just filthy. Somebody needs to tell these people how you run a hotel because they do not know it was just absolutely horrendous what I can’t even explain how bad it was. It was just bad bad never been in someplace so dirty ever I’d rather stayed with a homeless person in their tent. I know it would’ve been cleaner. "

"Ashley was absolutely amazing!! We had a few minor hiccups and she handled with sincere care, making sure we got exactly what we needed. She was extremely professional and has a great people person personality. She went above and beyond which is a very rare thing nowadays. The remodel on floor 1 is beautiful huge rooms, comfy beds and very very clean! Would definitely stay here if ever in the area again. "
