"Excellent hotel. Modern vibe. Short walk across the road to metro station where you can get to Amsterdam central within 10 minutes. Rooms very well kept. Excellent staff who felt and fulfilled any of my queries. Highly recommended Hotel. We will be back visiting Amsterdam and will for sure be staying back here. Dank u wel !"

"Well the room I had to change since it had sex lubricant stains and yes they changed my room but the 3rd night some man tried to break into our room and the front desk told me to leave it alone s"

"Staff was a bunch of idiots who did not care about needs of the client and chose to argue rather than provide some solution blaming Expedia for booking issues. Overall experience is simply bad, no help in baggage and pricing changes. My stay was suppose to be about $667 and was charged well over $900. They blame Expedia for the reservations issue but are unwilling to come to some sort of compromise. I would recommend just stay away and find a place closer to the city."

"It was a 3 nights stay in a 2 queen beds room with my family. My husband and i brought our 6 years old and 11 months old daughters on vacation in Amsterdam. I called the reception requested 2 extra duvets coz we all wanted an individual duvet on our own and there are only 2 in the room. Later on a staff only brought 1 duvet over and said they only have 1 extra left. I ended up separated the duvet cover and folded it up for my baby who sleep in the cot and i used a duvet without the cover. Can anyone imagine an international brand hotel doesnt even have enough duvet for their guest？ I even found an empty water bottle under my bed which i believed is from the previous guest(thanks to my 11 months old who crawled to every corner in the room). I was absolutely disappointed about my staying. "

"food was ok and value for money , cleaning needs a lot of work, carpets dirty, phone dirty, shower head full of scale need replacing, phone did not work, staff were good felt sorry for them "
