Great value for wonderful space!

This was a great location. The bed was comfy, and the room was spacious. The location was a bit out of the way, but easily accessible by ride share. I highly recommend renting a bike for 19 Euros to bike around the city. So beautiful!

We stayed in the Via Suites ! Room was excellent and very spacious. Staff at Via went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We are both breakfast and dinner at The Dude, food was very good and good value for money. Would highly recommend.

Friendly staff, they were very helpful. Loved our room 535, it was just the matress on the one side collapsed, we did tell reception and they will let maintenance know.

Good Hotel

I had a really good stay at Via Suites. The room was spacious and clean, the staff friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be the pillows. They are unfortunately just too hard and stuffed for me, so that the neck is uncomfortably inclined throughout the night. In my case, this resulted in a painful stiff neck for a few days. Many hotels are offering two pillows: a thicker and a thinner one, so the guest can choose his or her preference. Apart of this: excellent stay.

No entertainment on tv

Nice hotel, geeat staff, good bed, good wifi. Tv was not connected to cable or was not able to connect phone to tv (tv not wifi enabled)

Not what you expect from a suite

The suite are comfortable, separate from the hostel. The size is okish. However the service is clearly a hostel service. Not a suite service. During the 6 night stays, we had dirty linen, the bed wasn't arranged, the room wasn't cleaned. Even one day we had no towels... The shared reception with the hostel is always crowded and the staff (very friendly and helpful) is more of an hostel staff too. Long story short: it's a hostel suite, not an hotel suite.

Skuffende

Sengen var ødelagt, et håndkle på badet var skittent. Reparatører hadde vært på rommet uten beskjed selv om ‘ikke forstyrr’ hang ute, dusjen var demontert. Reparatørene forsøkte å komme inn flere ganger med skiltet ute da vi var på rommet også, tre dager på rad. Ingen rengjøring på rommet før den fjerde dagen. Netflix på TV fungerte ikke fordi det manglet en oppdatering. Ellers var rommet fint. Beliggenheten var lite sentral, men enkelt med metro til sentrum og flyplass, 10 minutter å gå til stasjonen.

Zu wenig Spiegel im Zimmer! Der Spiegel im Bad ist sehr schlecht beleuchtet so gut wie unbrauchbar und im restlichen Zimmer gibt es keinen weiteren Spiegel! Bei drei Frauen in einem Zimmer entpuppt sich das doch als sehr schwierig!

Struttura moderna, essenziale, ma comunque accogliente e comoda. Suite dotata di ogni comfort. Personale giovane, competente e gentile. Accolta rapidamente richiesta di altri cuscini. Aree Posizione in zona verde tranquilla ma abbastanza vicina (10 min.) a bus e metro per il centro. Unica pecca: ventilazione a griglia regolabile solo parzialnente (di notte l'aria era troppo fresca).
