What a little gem, we booked the Champagne suite for 2 nights and it was perfect for us. The complimentary bottle etc in the mini bar was a lovely touch qnd appreciated. The location was perfect for what we wanted, a lot of nice bars and pubs around but not so busy that you can’t get a table or could hear anything from the hotel. Everything was walkable! The value for money was really good in a city where hotels seem to be getting extortionate!

An extremely comfortable bed, helpful staff, great location. We hardly noticed the nightclub despite staying at a weekend. Only let down for us is the steep stairs due to mobility issues, otherwise a great stay.

This hotel is located in a great location and was central, great for a first time visitor to Amsterdam. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room I stayed in was tidy and well-presented. My only advice would be for any light sleepers to potentially looking at other options as you will hear some noise from nearby venues.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Amsterdam. The place was beautiful and unique. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was spacious, clean, and had everything we could possibly need. Truly amazing. There is no elevator, but this isn't an issue for those without health challenges. Climbing the stairs was perfectly fine, and the staff were very helpful with our luggage. Highly recommended!

Location is key. The room was pretty good. Really, really small for 5 people. But we wanted to be close to the central area, so for what we needed it was great. We have a family of 5, so we wanted to be in 1 room—we got the noir room with a king and queen. Perfect. Staff was amazingly nice!! They offered to let us leave bags after checkout so we could explore without the baggage. Quiet, clean room.

If you stay in the cozy canal suite, be warned you are on the top floor. I was aware there was no lift but 5 flights of stairs is just wow. There is no wardrobe to hang your clothes and i didnt like the fact there is no toilet door. So no privacy. The bed was not comfy at all and kept curling round. Breakfast was nice and staff were lovely.

Amazing hotel , amazing staff, small 2 issues we had were the mattress topper which was sliding down the bed constantly and it wasn’t easy to put back up and the fact neither the room or bathroom had a door , only a curtain , slightly uncomfortable if u don’t know your partner for over 10 years lol

We loved lots of things about this hotel but it fell short in other areas. We stayed in the Bar Rouge suite and the decor was very atmospheric, the balcony lovely to sit on and people watch and the huge cinema style screen projector was great. However, the mini fridge didn't shut properley and the lounge/in room bar area was only really used as a dressing room due to tv screen veing in the bedroom. We stayed 3 nights and despite it saying rooms would be cleaned daily, i think this only happened once. We didnt complain so i suppose the hotel didnt have the chance to rectify these minor quibbles and staff were friendly when we saw them. This suite has a seperate entrance to the bar/check in area which meant we only really encountered staff checking in and out. The room itself was quite dark but we were expecting that from the others reviews and didnt cause any problems. Location is great and we didnt have any issue with noise, although it was a midweek stay so this may differ on a weekend when club next door might ve busier. Overall, we had a lovely couple of days at Hotal Supper and would return.

Great spot close to lots of shopping and activities. Easily walked to museums and even Chinatown. Very convenient. No elevator and the stairs can be kind of tough being a little narrow but still good overall.
