"the fatal flaw is barely any sound insulation between rooms so next door people are too loud. Bed is just okay and pillows are cheap junk"

"For a non-smoking room in a non-smoking hotel, the first night we were in a room that seemed to suck in the air of another room that the people were smoking non-stop in their room and it blew directly into our vents. It smelled like someone was smoking in our bathroom and then leaked into our room. Earlier in the day there was a strong smell of marijuana throughout the halls. The front desk told us there was nothing they could do to stop it. We changed rooms the next morning, with front desk hesitation - we were told that changing rooms would not solve the problem of having no smoke in our room. However, in the next room from 12am- 3am, the people in the next room were talking loudly, and even putting our TV on did not take away the fact that it sounds like the people were right in our room talking. Front desk staff said they could not do anything. (folks in the next room also ignored knocks on their door and wall). "

"The hotel has recently undergone a bunch of renovations you can tell they are trying to update. I was really pleased with our room and how clean and comfortable the beds were. Some of the front desk staff is extremely helpful. Others are rude and we basically ignore you and pretend like you’re not there. We were concerned because we had seen the pool was recently under renovations and I triple checked to make sure it was open and functional as that’s an important amenity to us. We were told it was fine and yet we got there. It was so green and cloudy you couldn’t step foot in there. We also were awoken at 3:45 AM by a rowdy group of people in the parking lot drinking and smoking weed called the front desk multiple times to mediate no one answered so I ended up ultimately having to call the police. I do think this is a nice enough hotel for the price point and the location is really prime. I have actually reached out to the regional manager because although i still felt it was a good value there is room for improvement. "
