「Overall the stay was excellent the hosts were amazing and flexible suggesting places to eat for dinner nearby. The breakfast was delicious. The room was to a high standard and the bathroom was clean with a great shower. Only two reasons it didn’t get a 5 star. The road into the hotel is a dirt track and we had heavy rain and the potholes or rather gorges were filled with water and impossible to see how deep. 「The pool was quiet, relaxing and enjoyable. We used the sausa, steam room and the jacuzzi. The staff were hard working and amazing. Just like to say a big thank you to Raul, and Esha in the restaurant who made our dining experience very enjoyable and Chris in the bar who kept us entertained with him good humour and quick wit. We will definitely be back again soon!! 」

「Was told the original room we booked (superior) wasn’t available so they upgraded us to another room, I don’t see how our room was an upgrade with a view, a view of the car park out of one window. Bathroom was very tired looking and dirty in places. My experience at the spa was a joke and one I wouldn’t want to be repeated. 」
