Breakfast was delicious and extensive, the room was very comfortable with a sea view, and there are multiple restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and welcoming and we were able to check in several hours early. I would highly recommend the Hotel Al Madurig to anyone wishing to stay in the charming town of Castellammare del Golfo."

"The hotel and rooms are very dated. The furniture in room is old and scratched. The host did not provide any instructions to access the hotel prior to arrival. There was no AC working ( a plug-in was given for mosquitoes), no fridge, no water, Tea or coffee in the room. The tv was small and outdated. The room was poorly decorated. There were only 2 pillows for the bed. No other pillow in the room. The breakfast was an additional 10 euros per guest. The parking another 8 euros- the stay was very overpriced for what was offered. "
