「Staff were absolutely wonderful, fantastic location and great breakfast; however the facilities (in particular the showers) are in dire need of replacing. We had to ask to switch rooms because the shower head burst open and was unusable. The room we moved to also had the same issue which was a real let down because it's otherwise very pleasant.」

They served breakfast to the room when we woke up everyday which was nice and they accomodated it to our needs. The manager did a great job making sure we had a nice time during our stay. If you book Canary Golden, you are staying in the old building at the back but still need to go to the newest building for breakfast. If you book Canary and Spa then you are staying at the newish building. We stayed at the Golden one. The rooms need attention urgently.
