We stayed for 4 nights as a family of four in the Bustani Suite and had a wonderful experience. The suite was very spacious with comfortable beds, and it was cleaned daily to a high standard. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was a real highlight each day, with fresh and delicious fruit and juices that we all looked forward to. The hotel itself is beautifully situated in a quiet and peaceful area, with stunning ocean views that added to the relaxed atmosphere. We felt safe and very well looked after throughout our stay. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable and stress-free—we hope to return again!

Start with the hotel was beautiful! I was walking with a complementary juice. The staff was so nice and welcoming to me and they took my luggage and show me my room and later I had dinner which was amazing and their breakfast is also good. I only stayed for one night but it was a wonderful experience. The property has amazing views and a great to sun bathe. Definitely a Top stay in the Zanzibar area!

Great place to stay in Zanzibar, in front of the beach. Staff is really good and does everything to serve. Location is walkable to restaurants and stores, through the beach or street. It was not a problem for us, but variety on breakfast is limited (at least the days we stayed there). This is a place to return.

An oasis in a busy little beach town.

The staff at the Zanzibari hotel were exceptionally attentive and the service was always prompt. In a place where the main beach can be over run with tourists, it was such a pleasure to step into the quiet oasis that is the Zanzibari hotel grounds. This is a great gem of a property in Nungwi and would only improvements would be to upgrade the quality of the food, which was "safe" but very bland and to upgrade the plumbing issues in unit OC1.

Wir hatten einen 10tägigen Aufenthalt mit Halbpension in einem Bungalow mit Lage direkt am Meer und herrlichem Blick gebucht. Das Hotel ist eine kleine, eher familiäre Anlage in ruhiger Ortsrandlage von Nungwi, abseits des Trubels von Nungwi-Beach, der bei Ebbe aber in 20 Gehminuten über den Strand auch schnell erreichbar ist (für diejenigen, die es auch mal turbulenter mögen). Da sich das Hotel an der Nordwestseite befindet, wirken sich hier Ebbe und Flut zwar deutlich spürbarer aus als direkt in Nungwi. Wir haben uns hierauf aber sehr gut eingestellt und v.a. auch die Lowtide-Zeiten mit langen Spaziergängen zu den Sandbänken mit ausgedehnten Bademöglichkeiten im warmem und kristallklarem, türkisen Wasser genossen. Um es schon hier vorwegzunehmen: Uns hat im The Zanzibari alles sehr gut gefallen. Von der ruhigen Lage und vom familiären Charakter des Hotels, der Sauberkeit des Zimmers, über die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals bis hin zum vielfältigen, sehr reichhaltigem und sehr guten Abendessen hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel können wir in jedem Fall empfehlen.

Really impressed with how the reception handles issues. Room cleaning was really on point daily just that if you forget to turn notice from make my room up to do not disturb, the housekeeper will keep banging the door.. Aside that it’s a good place to stay.

Beautiful property and super clean. The menu is limited and the service was slow. 50 minutes for one plate of fries. Would still recommend as the ocean views are spectacular and everything else was great! Rose our room steward was amazing, thank you Rose!
