This property was a nice property, but unfortunately there were many cons.
1. The hotel is massive and it takes forever just to get from one place to another. If you don't like big resorts and would like something more intimate, this place is not for you
2. The beach peddlers just don't leave you alone. The constantly beg you to buy stuff or harass you which is extremely annoying, especially if you are there for some R&R. They follow you and just cannot take "NO" for an answer. Even the security is around, they just bother you
3. The food was just "ok". fruits were unripe, lots of fried foods which is very unhealthy, and the quality of the food was mediocre
4. The gym had only some equipment working (1 treadmill working only). There were no heavy weights at all, which I thought was weird
5. I had a DND on my door for a few days, and the hotel staff wanted to know why I didn't need the room cleaned. I'm a grown adult who can make my own bed and clean up after myself. If I needed something, I would have asked them to come clean my room. There should be no questioning or sending me a message to ask why I had it hanging on my door. I'm not wasteful, I'm resourceful
6. There is no iron in the room. When I called to inquire, they stated to me that I can only use it for an hour, and many other people were ahead of me. I've never been to a hotel and had to call to use an iron with a 1hr timeframe
7. My room had NO hot water. When I called the front desk, it took 3 days to fix
