初めて利用した民泊？だったのでいろいろと勝手がわからなかったです。タオルが100円と聞いていましたが、その受け取り方法がわからず、Expediaに夜中にメールして朝タオルをもってきて貰い、100円を払いました。その辺のやりかたを事前に教えて欲しかったです。沼津駅周辺は軒並み1万円超えで、この施設はありがたかったです。夜に入ったので部屋が寒くエアコンをつけて暖かくなりましたが、外の車の音や、結構寒く、朝カーテンを開けると窓が結構開いていてびっくりでした。でも風呂の備品などいろいろあり、洗濯もできるようなので、長期での使い勝手も良さそうです。ありがとうございました。

急な申込みでしたが、目的地への経路にあり、申し込みました。部屋はきちんと整頓されていて、皆さん静かに過ごしておられました。 不自由のない宿泊ができて良かったです。私は、海に近いようで、散歩などもできそうでした。

設備も料金もサービスも必要最小限で利便性に優れるが、車両の音がよく聞こえる

チェックインはスタッフの方にお出迎えいただき、利用方法と設備の説明をいただきました。 二世帯住宅の2階部分である客室は清潔で古さは感じませんでした。室内の設備はエアコン、サーキュレーター、机、いす、デスクライトと利用方法や周辺の情報が載っているファイルです。夏の暑い日でしたがエアコンに加えてサーキュレーターもあったので、とても涼しく快適です。 予約後に届くメールや客室内のファイルが英語なのは、日本人なら細かく説明しなくてもわかるでしょ、ということのようです。 客室は洋室×2、和室×1、各部屋とも2名まで泊まれます。 宿泊者共用の設備は風呂、トイレ、洗面、冷凍冷蔵庫(小さいので釣った魚を入れられるほどではない)、電子レンジです。テレビはありませんが、Wi-fiが使用できます。駐車場は軽自動車なら3台、普通自動車だと2台分です。 無料で借りられる自転車を借りれば、食事・買い物には困りません。スーパーは徒歩圏内、一番近いコンビニも自転車で数分、飲食店は面している道沿いの沼津駅方向に結構あります。 さて夜ですが、交通量の多い道に面しているので、かつ木造の住宅なので、車両の通る音がダイレクトに聞こえます。うるさいバイクや大きなトラックが通るたびに起こされ、ようやく寝れたのが4時頃でした。 探している時点で交通量の多い道に面していることは分かっていたはずなので、仕方ないのかなとも。 宿泊料金がとてもお手頃なので、多少道を通る車両の音がよく聞こえても寝れる、という人にはとても良い宿だと思います。

対応も丁寧で助かりました テレビがなかった 少し不便でしたが、御用邸から富士山見えて かなり穴場でした また、今度は、家族全員で、再来したいと 思います　沼津港まで歩きました
