"Rooms are very very small. Shower wasn’t that clean and we didn’t have shower gel, we had to ask twice. Mariana at reception was THE BEST. Very friendly staff."

"I arrived on a Friday at 5 PM, but my room wasn’t ready until 6:30 PM. After a long drive, I was already quite tired, so the delay was disappointing. That said, the staff handled the situation exceptionally well, they offered a complimentary drink and upgraded my room, which I really appreciated. I’m not sure what caused the delay behind the scenes, but despite that inconvenience, the front desk team was outstanding and the room itself was very comfortable. It was a quick stay as I had to catch a flight early the next day. "

"Room was dirty, floor was dusty. Broken toilet holder. Bath tub was dirty, there were still hairs and dirt. Electricity plugs are not safety. The airxonditioning was so noisy and ithe floor was flooded due to condensation. I booked for 2 days, stayed for one night only as ai could not find any other place. Checked out the next day as ai could not stand the condition of the place. Not comfortable and pleasant at all. "

"Tv remote didn’t work, desk clerk rude, prepaid charged my card for deposit upon arrival yet didn’t notify me of the charge after receiving confirmation from my bank asked what the charge was and then said it would be refunded after 10 days. Breakfast consisted of coffee and breakfast bars, misleading. Found dead bugs in room and black hairs in tub. Not a terrific experience. "

"This is a "boutique" hotel. We arrived at 2pm and they told us we couldnt get our room until check in 4pm. They have a bar/lounge and a restaurant right in the same property. We thought ok lets hang out. Nope. Restaurant was closed. Bar/lounge didnt open till 3pm. To me thats inconvenient and for your guest benefits maybe they should be open earlier than 3pm. They said we will txt you when you can check in to your room. We left to eat. 5pm rolled around, no text so we walked back to the hotel to ask if we could finally check in. So much for communication. Our room: initially looked nice. The mirror above the bed was dirty, something splashed on it, on the head board as well as on the TV. Layer of dust on everything, i.e. coffee maker and lamps on nightstands. We booked for 6 days. Tell me why they dont have any dressers or drawers? Two ppl living out of our suitcases because we couldnt unpack anything. The nightstand, two tiny drawers that were also dirty, hairs and other debri in them. We decided to head to the pool. 5:30pm we head upstairs to the 3rd floor, gonna grab some drinks and hang out by pool. Nope. Bar already did last call. We were told maybe if we went to the counter the bartender might still be able to make us a drink. Just does not make sense any timing this hotel has. 6 days, housekeeping came in everyday, the mirror, tv, headboard, NEVER cleaned and Yes front desk said they would take care of it they did not. Food/restaurants were good when open. "
