"Clean enough room breakfast was bagels or toast...."

"I arrived on a Friday at 5 PM, but my room wasn’t ready until 6:30 PM. After a long drive, I was already quite tired, so the delay was disappointing. That said, the staff handled the situation exceptionally well, they offered a complimentary drink and upgraded my room, which I really appreciated. I’m not sure what caused the delay behind the scenes, but despite that inconvenience, the front desk team was outstanding and the room itself was very comfortable. It was a quick stay as I had to catch a flight early the next day. "

"Room was dirty, floor was dusty. Broken toilet holder. Bath tub was dirty, there were still hairs and dirt. Electricity plugs are not safety. The airxonditioning was so noisy and ithe floor was flooded due to condensation. I booked for 2 days, stayed for one night only as ai could not find any other place. Checked out the next day as ai could not stand the condition of the place. Not comfortable and pleasant at all. "

"My experience with this hotel was horrible. To start off the breakfast consists of to-go yogurts and packaged blueberry muffin and that’s it. The bathroom shower curtains were yellow and there was grime on the bathtub. The amenity soap was not even filled up. There was also domestic violence disputes happening at 3 in the morning and after contacting the front desk they went to go check and the guests were leaving. The walls are so thin and you can hear everything so it kept us up all night. Lastly the air conditioner is SO loud so we had to turn it off also in order to get some sleep. This was one of the lower priced hotels near the San Diego/Chula Vista area but I definitely suggest spending a couple extra bucks in order to get a better hotel. I would definitely not recommend nor go back. "

"Tv remote didn’t work, desk clerk rude, prepaid charged my card for deposit upon arrival yet didn’t notify me of the charge after receiving confirmation from my bank asked what the charge was and then said it would be refunded after 10 days. Breakfast consisted of coffee and breakfast bars, misleading. Found dead bugs in room and black hairs in tub. Not a terrific experience. "
