While we did not speak Japanese and the staff did not speak English, they used a translation tool for conversation and didn't let that be a barrier. "The staff was friendly and nice. The van driver gave us rides to and from Snow Monkey Park and to the train station - very helpful! We enjoyed the dinner and breakfast came with the plan. We also enjoyed the inside/outside hot springs. Affordable hotel with excellent customer service!"
