「This is the perfect Paris hotel, provided room size is not your #1 criterion. It's clean, comfortable, well-located, remarkably affordable, has an extremely courteous and attentive staff, and even serves an outstanding breakfast. I honestly have nothing but praise for everything about this hotel. The only tradeoff is that the rooms (and bathrooms) are small. Not so tight you can get around, but maybe only 50-70% the size of a typical hotel room. If you're willing to compromise on size, if's hard...

「It was absolutely a lovely stay. The hotel room is clean, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. There was one night the A/C didnt work and the hotel staff handled our situation by WhatsApp promptly and fixed it soon. The hotel very conveniently located with 1 min walk to #7 metro line and 10 mins walk to the gare du nord. Many gorgeous restaurants and bakeries nearby. Will definitely come back for a stay when in town next time. 」

「Fantastic location and comfortable big room which can be rare in Paris. The shower leaked all over the bathroom as there was no door/curtain but not a big deal. We booked the property because of the aircon but found it to be insuficient, it barely worked at all which is a shame. If it worked well it would be a 10/10 hotel for me!」

「Miscellaneous items and building materials at the only staircase in the hotel property (also the only fire escape route) posing a fire safety risk for customers. Staff noticed the situation but regrettably he doesn’t see it as a problem. 」

「Our stay was very comfortable. The air conditioned room was a treat to come home to after a hot day. The beds were also very comfortable which allowed us to have a good nights rest. The duplex is perfect for a family. We were able to have room to lounge around and relax as a family and then retreat to our own areas. The staff was also super friendly. I asked the front desk lady for cream for my coffee and she said they don't supply that but she went out to look for some for me at a nearby...
