Frühstück sehr schön angerichtet, aber wenn man selbst vom Fach ist, erkennt man schnell Defizite und auch eine unpassende Anordnung des Buffets. 「Our stay at The Black Bass in September was superb. The staff were so friendly and polite, and couldn't do more to make us comfortable. Our room was lovely, very clean and the bed was comfortable. The outside area on the lakeside was stunning. We sat here everyday, enjoying food and wine, and taking in the breathtaking views. We used the spa too, which again was very good, clean and quiet. We cannot wait to return. 」

「The hotel, whilst it looks fine from the entrance, is tired and in need of significant investment. The location is fantastic. Best part. We had a superior room with a fabulous direct view of Monte Bianco. Bathroom is old, dirty pointing around the bath, fittings at least 20 years old, broken dirty fan, etc. And they don’t make the beds properly-no duvet cover-just a duvet sandwiched between two sheets which turns into a twisted mess by morning. Breakfast was ordinary-lots of pastries, limited...
