He truly went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome, generously upgraded our room, helped us move our luggage when we changed rooms, and was always available with fantastic local recommendations for restaurants and things to do around Chamonix. His advice was spot on and made our trip even more enjoyable. Great customer service can completely change a hotel experience, and Farah is a perfect example of that. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine desire to help made all the difference."
