「Very chill and cozy hotel. Staff are very sweet and helpful, but also not overly bearing. They stay in the background as much as possible. Not overly formal as you get in many hotels. Spa is very good, with good jacuzzi, nice little pool and good sauna and Hamman. Breakfast was also good, a mixture of everything; bacon and eggs, hard boiled if you want. Plenty of cereal, yoghurts, fruit, cold cuts and cheese, and plenty of pastries and different types of bread. The rooms were cozy, with nice...

「Wir wurden im Hotel Helvetia besonders freundlich umsorgt und fühlten uns fast wie in Österreich. Und das will etwas heissen in der Schweiz! Das Hotel verfügt über einen kleinen SPA Bereich und auch sonst alles was man benötigt ohne viel Schnick-Schnack. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Verbesserungsfähig: - Frühstück (für den Preis) - Qualität des Kaffees beim Frühstück」

「The stuff are very nice with us and we had a very good experience with them but I think the hotel should upgrade the installation because there is even no drinking water in the room or a Hot water bottle and there is no microwave which is very inconvenient and we had two single bed and the bed is very small but I really have to say the stuff is very very nice with us so I’m really happy with that !」

「Centrally located in the city center. Close to shopping and transportation. Very clean, friendly staff and great restaurant on the top floor.」

「This is a beautiful hotel with excellent staff. Amazing breakfast and dinner were included with our stay. Convenient to main shopping and dining street and bus station. Only issue was lack of AC or even ceiling fans (they did provide a Dyson airblade which sort of helped) for climate control. The balcony slider provided some relief from the heat, but not enough for anyone sleeping in interior room of family suite.」
