「We had a wonderful time at Penn’s View! There were three of us in a room with two queen beds & it felt surprisingly spacious. It’d be nice to get a room with a view the next time we’re here, but there was a sweet view from a window near the elevator that we took advantage of every time we walked by. At check-in, the front desk staff did not inform us of the error, so we had to go back downstairs with our luggage to find out why. The front desk staff told us that there were no twin rooms available (we had already paid in full when we made the reservation and don't understand why a room wasn't reserved).
