「I loved the cleanliness of hotel and the many things we had access to, our studio room had a refrigerator and also a sofa bed that was very convenient we also had green apples available if needed and hot tea and coffee if needed to relax/kick back. Our staff was wonderful. The breakfast was so fresh and tasty.」

「Somehow, the room key didn't work all sudden on the last day of stay. And the before the check out, a lady approached to my husband and screamed that he had to pay for the breakfast. First of all, it is not necessary to raise a voice to the guest, any circumstance. I don't know what confusion comes from but hopefully they have a little better employee education for future.」

「As a guy who loves a good affordable roadside motel and has a pretty low bar for acceptable as far as basic lodging accommodations this fell way below the bar. Never a good sign when the first thing the desk clerk says to you is “if something is wrong with the room I can’t give you a refund” .
