「It’s a pleasant experience to stay in this B & B. The host Tom is very friendly and helpful. Nicely decorated bedroom with everything I need. There’s a kettle and a few types of tea inside the room, and the breakfast is more than good enough for me. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Knighton. It’s just a small town and so it’s within walking distance to all main attractions.」

Room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, I was overlooking the main road but it got really quiet around 11,pm and I slept like a log. Would recommend, good for the price.」

「Friendly, helpful, welcoming staff. Comfortable rooms with good ensuite facilities at a great price. Restaurant has excellent dishes at good prices and the bar serves a good range of drinks again at good prices. A Continental Breakfast is included and there is no cooked breakfast option. The only drawback is the lack of a lift and one or two floors are a bit unveven but to be expected at over 400 years old. 」

「Booked last minute, location fantastic, central with parking. Room was lovely, very comfortable bed. Owner Helen took the time to tell us about the building and all the renovations that have been done and ongoing. The public areas are beautiful, mix of old and new, really suits the place itself, all the staff were very friendly and gave us tips on where to eat out. We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend a visit. We look forward to a very warm welcome in the future. 😊」

「Lovely period gastopub right on the river Lugg. Lovely light and fresh accommodation. Food all delicious with a great selection. Their eco wellness spa facilities was a real treat to hire as well, a gorgeous spot to relax in. My wife loved her massage with Charlene as well. Definitely recommend」

「A very warm welcome from all the staff. Delicious evening meal and breakfast. Comfy, clean room. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.」

「The rooms are separate from the other areas of the pub which make them very quiet. Each room has its own HVAC which allows for individual room temperature and comfort. The food was very good and the service was excellent. It’s convenient to Leominster that boasts an hour of free parking next to the central shopping area.」

「The shower did not drain, which resulted in the bathroom becoming flooded with water. The light in the seating area would not work. The pillows were very thin and so was the mattress. Overall a poor experience. 」
