"We were upgraded to a suite! The hotel was wonderful!"

"Great staff and location. The breakfast food for our convention was outstanding. I had a plumbing issue in my room but they took care of it. The down escalator from the lobby to the lower area broke but it was repaired after a few hours."

"Great Parking and overall clean hotel. Breakfast was full of choices. The dining area is small, so the tables get dirty quickly. I just wished the staff was more attentive to wiping down the table after each guest instead of waiting for people to ask. The person cleaning the table is the front desk clerk, so if they are helping someone at the counter, you have to wait for the table to be cleaned. They could just make a towel and the spray available to the guests. I would rather clean my own table instead of having to wait for someone else to clean it, when they are helping another guest."

"Terrible staff attitude: not welcoming at all and was on a personal call during check in. Then there were the fire alarms that started at midnight and lasted past 2am. The beds are cardboard with a topper to make them seem plush but they are the worst cheap, back busting beds."

"The rooms are spacious and feel new. The common areas are very nice. Free parking can be found on the street or you can pay for the parking garage. Easy 5 minute walk to the Galleria or to Target. Staff would not allow me to check-in at 2pm. Told me I had to come back after 3pm. When I arrived again at 6pm, the computers were down. Once in the room, the refrigerator was so loud that it sounded like I was in a factory. I had to turn the cooling function off in order to sleep. "
