"The people was rude the room the shower inside the room was broken also the TV was the fire alarm was going off all night 2-3 hours on Saturday night "

"The room was clean and basic. The staff were very short tempered and seemed put off by requests for malfunctioning keys. One of the two elevators were broken and the functional elevator sometimes just simply refused to run. Was told there would be gated parking but the gate never closed. All in all 5/10 needs updates. "

"Staff was nice. Place was clean. Bed was super comfortable. In our room, the refrigerator was making a loud noise so we unplugged it. Breakfast was good except the juice machine was not working. Overall a nice stay for the night. "

"Great staff and location. The breakfast food for our convention was outstanding. I had a plumbing issue in my room but they took care of it. The down escalator from the lobby to the lower area broke but it was repaired after a few hours."
