「My check in was somewhat confusing but eventually got thru it. If you're a cancer patient be sure to have your verification letter from Mayo Clinic several days before arriving. I was waiting to hear from Hope Lodge and didn't want to book something and have to cancel and possibly get charged for a room I didn't need. 「The front desk staff were so kind and accommodating, and we’re very friendly. My daughter absolutely loved the gal at the front desk during our stay and talked with her frequently. She was kind and answered her many questions with Grace kindness, and empathy. The dining room was always very clean and every time I would come back from the wedding staff was always eager to greet and ask about my day. I would stay here again, simply because of the staff interactions alone.」
