「Fantastic stay! Very clean and cozy! Will definitely be back! 」

「The good: Room was clean; loved the shower; great shampoo & conditioner The not so good: There was no butter for the toast, English Muffins, etc.; there wasn't an extra roll of toilet paper in the room; the check-in clerk was not very friendly. I didn't like the way the side snack room was set up. Not the fault of the hotel, but the Bayfront Parkway is under construction and I had a terrible time following the detour back to the hotel in the dark.」

「Karen at the desk was exceptional, the cleaning lady was very friendly. The room was spotless, as were the bedding and bathroom. We had their breakfast in the dining room and it was spotless. There were a nice variety of foods to choose from. 」

「First room they gave me had a terrible, strong odor. I was told that an individual had been in the room all week with do not disturb sign. Why would they then give the room to another guest without taking care of the problem? Second room was worn…with cracked bathroom sink. Housekeeping failed to tidy the room - I had to change out my own towels. Very disappointing experience for the price point.」

「This place is a wonderful place to stay. Room was very clean, staff was friendly, kind and very helpful. Parking was great! Beautiful view of the river from our room was so enjoyable! Very quiet room. We chose not to have any breakfast. We enjoyed the coffee provided in the room. 」
