"The room was dirty, the bathroom had mold on the shower curtain, the sheets weren’t clean. We had a nonsmoking room but all you could smell was cigarette smoke. The pool was green. We ended up cancelling our stay and going elsewhere."

"Nothing was open. We were there on a Saturday night. Restaurant was open, but wasn’t open pool was closed. We can use the gym because he had to walk through the pool. They did give me my resort fee back."
