「The property was very dirty and in disrepair. The ice machine on our floor was broken, the elevators and hall carpets were filthy. Rooms were not any better.」
「Front desk staff were amazing. We had issues with our flight which was canceled and delayed our arrival, which was not in control of the hotel/staff. However, they worked out to help accommodate us during a very exhausting moment. My attitude wasn't the best after 4 hr flight turned into half day's travel and I was not faulting the property or staff at all. They handled and solved a rough situation for us. We will never forget their hospitality. Thank you!」
「The soundproofing is really poor. I can clearly hear phone conversations from the next room, and footsteps from the floor above are also clearly audible. Additionally, my car’s recording captured someone trying to open my car door (there were no bags or anything inside the car).」
「This is a nice hotel in a good location and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was great and we were glad we stopped by to get something to eat before leaving. The only negative I noticed was stains on the couch and chair in our room. At breakfast I noticed most of the chairs were also covered in stains. I would recommend to the hotel to clean upholstery periodically. The items mentioned didn’t appear to have ever been cleaned. 」
