「The hallways and stairwell show their age and they do smell old and musty. But the room was immaculate, up-to-date, very comfortable, and refreshing. The bed was so comfortable and pillows were just right. The A/C worked well without being too loud. I will stay here again if I visit Traverse City.」

「This inn was lovely - the rooms were comfortable and clean and easy to access. The shared garden space is so well laid out and cozy. It was quiet despite being off of a major road, and it was incredibly easy to get into town. The staff was incredible. We will definitely be coming back in the future.」

「They don’t tell you that you have to sign out towels to use the pool. We didn’t realize it until already in the pool and had no towels. Then you have to sign them back in. The $15 breakfast is what you would expect from a free breakfast buffet and you also need to get a piece of paper from front desk to even enter the restaurant where they provide the breakfast. We will not go back.」

「I do not recommend anyone staying here. The room smelled like wet dogs who have not been cleaned in months. The shower did not work correctly, and even though I tried to air out the room, it would not work. I went down to the desk, hoping someone would help me, but was told because I had booked on Expedia. There was nothing that they could do and to have a nice night. If you stay here, you stay at your own peril. I also saw the people at the front desk, being rude to other people that were...
