"The owners were very kind and helpful when it came to parking and also recommending things to do in the area. The room was clean and had everything I needed and it was quiet. Great location- there’s a delicious sushi shop and a cafe with great coffee and pastries that you can access in the hotel. Highly recommend staying here! "

"Had a little difficulty with google maps finding the place, but was great once we got there. I hadn't gotten the email with directons for keyless entry etc. But was a helpful person on phone when we arrived."

"There was an incident where one of the cleaning staff knock on my door, upon answering she asked if i needed anything, i told her if she could come back in an hour's time which she responded no cos the cleaning staff closes in an hour's time. I told her i only needed my garbage emptied, she told me she was coming, i waited for almost an hour and decided to check whether she was out there. I unfortunately left my tap/key inside and locked myself out oy the room. She shouldn't have knocked if she wasn't ready. It created a huge inconvenience for me as i had to go downstairs to the reception half naked for a new key. Other than that this hotel deserves 5 🌟. "

"Felt more like a boarding house than quaint b&b?… and the stairs to rooms are a killer…long steep stairs with a suitcase is difficult and awkward & should be considered by anyone booking there with any sort of disability. Check the street parking bylaws too… I went in off season so apparently wasn’t really checking/ticketing for the hours I was parked near hotel … that crossed some of those paid hours… but paid parking was only option I saw otherwise if parked btw 9-5 pm"
