「Til NYs eve vi var sent på en restaurant et par km væk fra hotellet. Vi var aldrig informeret før rejsen at det er ikke plads i Yagoda restaurant. Jeg var i kontakt med Yagoda flere gange før rejsen og jeg troede vi skal i Yagoda restaurant - afstand er vigtigt punkt når man rejser med børn. Man ryger i restauranten om aften - det var officielt æske bæger til ryger på hvert bord!」

Club lounge very nice, specially those serve attitude are different. F&B staff, housekeeping and concierge great hospitality but not front desk."
