「Arrived at the property after having booked through Expedia due to having a previous booking cancelled on our way to Berwick due to a broken bed. We were greeted by a lady saying that there was no booking, on showing her our confirmation email she still claimed that we couldn’t have possibly booked as she only takes bookings Saturday to Saturday. After arguing with her for several minutes , she agreed to letting us have a room( the exact room in the photo I had booked) but said we couldn’t have...

「This is a little gem of an inn. The drive along the way is picturesque and Otterburn itself is darling. Our host for the Old Post Office was very accommodating. We arrived after the normal check-in time and she was very welcoming. Our room was immaculate and our shower had lots of hot water. Breakfast was excellent, including our coffees (flat white and vanilla latte). We also enjoyed the back patio area with plenty of seating. Definitely recommend this inn!」
