「It was in a good location. Clean neighborhood. Good amenities.」

「good」

「The location is super convenient to events downtown. The staff were helpful and courteous. As you can image being located downtown, parking is hectic during mornings and evening hours. The line can get long waiting for your car to be retrieved. Our room was located along the outside and evenings were supper noisy with vehicles driving by and local music/bands outside. Fortunately, we had a fan to help drown the noise. The beds were squeaky and not very comfortable and the pillows were nice.」

「Upon entry staff were super welcoming, accommodating and friendly. The room was spotless, housekeeping did an excellent job. Overall the hotel was very well maintained and super convenient to explore the city.」

「The gal helping us at front desk was AWESOME! I wish I could remember her name, it started with a “K”. I would love to let her supervisor know just how awesome and helpful she was.」

「I had 3 wonderful days here.Thanks」

「服务非常不好，周边很吵」

「Understandable they are doing some remodeling; however, we arrived around 1am and the room they assigned us was musty moldy smelling. She immediately gave a different room but it was the same. At 1am we were not about to keep moving so we put up with it for 2 nights because we were not around the hotel all day. We won’t pick that hotel again」

「Nice quiet and clean.」
