「The staff was very nice and helpful」

「We wished there was a microwave in the room.」

「Would definitely stay there again. Convenient to UAB game, and places to eat. Parking was either valet or parking garage.」

「The room was clean and nice, but there were loud cars and motorcycles blaring music and racing until close to 4 am, so was very hard to sleep. When I went to the lobby at 6 am after getting up, there was trash from the night before and one of the lobby toilets was "clogged" and smelly. 「The guard at front desk was amazing and made the trip so awesome」

「Emma and her team are so wonderful! I had a scheduling issue and they were quick to move me to another unit. The whole place and area is SO cute. They’re ao thoughtful on everything from the toiletries to decor. I absolutely loved this place and highly recommend to anyone! 」

「The room was very clean and well stocked/furnished. I was able to cook full meals in the kitchen. You can hear everything that people are doing in other units at all times. 」
