「Generally as a sales rep you’re in there for minimal time but it’s time away from home and all that home offers. Andy and the lodge make that experience that much greater with a caring and professional attitude towards looking after their guests. Guttered I missed the breakfast but I’ll be back and better plan to enjoy the feast you’d no doubt put on team. Thank you for a great nights stay away from home. 」

「A gem of a find. The chalets are gorgeous. Beautifully appointed with lovely bathroom products, the towels are divine and the king sized bed was incredibly comfortable. 「The Matauwhi Bay Manor was the most magnificent vacation holiday place we have ever stayed in.The ground was stunning with gardens, trees, and “bush” surrounding this large Manor House. The views in three directions where of the beautiful Matauwhi Bay with picturesque boats anchored all the way around. The interior of the manor felt like we were staying in Downton Abbey. Our hosts Bruce and Diana were just as friendly and as accommodating as could be. Our freshly cooked breakfasts were a delight...
