「I received accommodations from Sarah of the hotel staff that were above and beyond my expectations. My colleague and I were travelling for work and we accidentally both booked rooms for the night. Sarah was able to cancel my colleague's reservation for with no hassle whatsoever. Thank you Sarah!」

「因为是带着孩子参加面试，所以找的是相对距离学校比较近的酒店。很小的酒店，没有电梯，房间也比较小，但是停温馨的。第二天一早遇上下了一夜的雪，边上一个老伯很热心地帮忙打扫车上的雪，特别温暖。附近不远就是一个购物广场，有沃尔玛，还有很多吃饭的地方。酒店后面也有，所以非常方便。」

「Whenever we need to stay in Brattleboro, we choose to stay at the Latchis. It’s an excellently preserved building with a great experience. The room was clean, well equipped and quiet. This time we purchased a “taste of Vermont” add on, and it was great. Delicious local cheese and crackers, chocolate and cider, a cherry wood cutting board and a small bottle of maple syrup in a beautiful presentation basket. All in all, this was an excellent trip.」

The breakfast in the morning was excellent as was the coffee station. I do miss the little snack bag at the front desk where we could grab 'n go off for the day. All was very nice. Thank you!」
