「Estoy muy decepcionada del toro es segunda vez que me quedo ahí con mi familia esta vez que me quedé los cuartos no estaban muy limpios me cambiaron a otro cuarto donde la secadora de cabello no funciona y me mandaron de nuevo a otro cuarto sucio donde me podían secar el cabello.. acual estoy decepcionada.

「Our room was very clean. We were on the first floor with the pool right outside the sliding door, and people were sitting right there. Hotel is clean, but needs some updating. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful.」
