The room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. Waking up to a beautiful mountain view from the balcony was a bonus. The pool and hot tub area was clean and relaxing, and the complimentary breakfast was fresh and satisfying. The hotel is conveniently located for exploring central West Virginia, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. It’s clear this place is run with pride and integrity, and Ryan’s leadership makes a real difference. "My husband and son enjoyed the location and found the room very comfortable. There was a variety of food choices within walking distance. The ski experience was great b/c there were lockers on site and the lift really was close by. The only issue they experienced was with Streaming TV. It would not stay on (it kept turning off) and it would not enable streaming. They researched ways to fix the issues but were unsuccessful. They shared this experience with the property manager. "
